Making the Chraime Fish Stew

To make the Chraime Fish Stew, you’ll need a few key ingredients such as fresh fish, tomatoes, garlic, paprika, and chilli peppers. The first step is to prepare the fish by trimming off any excess fat and cutting it into bite-sized pieces. Next, you’ll need to sauté some chopped onions in olive oil until they’re translucent, then add the garlic and cook for another minute or two.

Once the onions and garlic are fragrant, it’s time to add the chopped tomatoes, paprika, chilli peppers, and a pinch of salt. Stir everything together and let it simmer for a few minutes until the tomatoes have broken down and the sauce is thick and fragrant.

Now it’s time to add the fish to the stew. Gently place the fish pieces in the sauce and make sure they’re fully submerged. Cover the pot and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is fully cooked and tender.
