How to Make Israel Falafel Dish Recipe

1 cup dried chickpeas                                                                                                                                1/2 cup chopped onion                                                                                                                                  1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley                                                                                                                      1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro                                                                                                                    2 cloves garlic, chopped                                                                                                                                1 tsp. salt                                                                                                                                                          1 tsp. ground cumin                                                                                                                                        1/2 tsp. ground coriander                                                                                                                              1/4 tsp. black pepper                                                                                                                                      1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper                                                                                                                                1 tsp. baking powder                                                                                                                                       4-6 cups vegetable oil, for frying
