½ cup hazelnuts (or almonds)
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons coriander seeds

Instructions:
Roast the Nuts:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
