How to Make the Tunisian Kabkabou
Ingredients:
1.kilogram of big fillets of fish 2. onions 2. fresh tomatoes 2. tablespoons of tomato puree 2. garlic of minced garlic 2. tablespoons of olive oil 150 grams of pickled veggies Green sweet peppers Carrots Olive capers Cauliflower florets Lemon One green pepper Black pepper, salt, red pepper, and coriander
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan
- Fry green peppers in the saucepan
- Add chopped onions, tomatoes, tomato puree, and garlic
- Add salt, red peppers, black peppers, and coriander
- Place the seasoned fish fillets in a sauce
- Now steam the fillets for 10-15 minutes
- Add picked veggies and cook for another five minutes
- Serve the delicious dish to your family or friends
