It was a magnificent sight. The seafood tower was a stunning centrepiece.<\/p><p>Juicy king prawns wore a cloak of garlic and herbs. Their taste was pure and fresh.<\/p><p>Next, we tried the grilled octopus. It had a beautiful smoky char. The tentacles were surprisingly tender. The chef carved it tableside. The meat was incredibly juicy. Its rich, beefy flavour needed only a touch of horseradish.
